The barn lounge, but it knows what's happening

Cast Adrian to the TV in the barn at the show. Live ride times, who's up next, the trainer group chat — all on one screen. Plus friendly text alerts when a rider's class moves earlier or scratches. So nobody asks "wait, what time am I going?" again.

On the TV

Live sync with Equestrian Digital

Connect a show by ID and Adrian pulls every rider's classes, ring assignments, and times. When the show office moves a class, the TV updates within minutes — no refresh, no fuss.

Built to read across the lounge

Up Next, Today's Schedule, last sync time. Classes consolidate when multiple barn riders are in the same one. Big type, calm layout, designed for a TV across a busy room — not a phone in your hand.

Urgent messages, made obvious

Add Adrian to your trainer WhatsApp group. AI reads every message and pulls out the urgent ones — "ring box needed at Indoor" pulses across the top of the TV until someone takes care of it.

"Class moved up" banner

When a class moves earlier and the original time was within 90 minutes, a soft amber INCOMING band lights up the TV with the new ride time and rider. Schedule rows show "25m earlier · was 10:00 AM" pills that auto-clear after the move sticks.

Ring closing times

Set when each ring closes per day. Each section header shows "Closes 5:00 PM." After it passes, the ring section dims and shows "CLOSED" — so a passing parent immediately knows that ring's day is done.

Tonight's barn check, on the TV

Barn owner picks who's doing night check via the duty roster. The TV header shows it: "Night check: Sarah & Mike." No "wait, who's checking on the horses tonight?" texts at 9pm.

Texted to riders, parents, and families

Friendly schedule alerts

Class moves more than 30 minutes? Adrian texts everyone affected — rider, parent, family — within seconds. "Hey Sarah — Alexis's 2'0" Open Hunter (#53) moved up 35 min. Now 8:25 AM (was 9:00). -Adrian." Random openers, names, and class names so it never reads like a robot.

The whole family gets the heads up

Link family members in their profile. When a class changes, every linked phone gets the SMS — rider, parent, grandparent, the friend driving the trailer. Each message is addressed to that person by name, not blasted out generically.

Clear an alert by texting back

Trainer handled the ring-box situation? Text "done" or "clear urgent" to Adrian's number. The ticker on the TV stops pulsing. Or text "alerts" to see what's still active and reply with a number to clear it. Conversational, not menu-driven.

Auto-resolves what's already handled

Someone replies "on my way with it!" in the WhatsApp group? Adrian recognizes that as a likely resolution and dims the alert on the TV. Confidence-gated — when it's not sure, it dims (still visible) instead of clearing (gone). A trainer can re-promote any time.

What's inside

Everything a barn manager runs in their head — written down

Adrian replaces the texts, the whiteboard, the shared Google Sheet, and the half-remembered to-do list. One place. Every role. Every horse.

Horse profiles, done right

Breed, registration, owner, lease arrangements, microchip, height, vet notes, photos. Every detail you used to keep in a binder.

The right view for each role

Barn owners see everything. Trainers see their riders. Riders see their horses. Parents see their kids. Permissions handled — automatically.

Show prep, before you leave the barn

Team packing lists, trailering plans, duty rosters, and a personal shopping checklist for every rider — generated automatically from one master list.

Vets, farriers, hay

One shared directory of every provider your barn relies on. Phone, email, history, ratings. So no one's hunting for a number at 9pm.

Onboarding made simple

Build a checklist for new lessees once. Every new rider gets a personal copy — and you can see exactly where they are in the process.

Marketplace built in

Outgrown breeches, an extra saddle, an old jump cup — list it for your barn or for every Adrian rider in the country.

Made for the way a barn actually works

Five roles. One shared calendar. Everyone sees what they need to see — nothing they don't.

Whether you're running a 40-stall show barn, a small lesson program, or the boarding side of a private farm, Adrian scales with you.
